SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

Shipping

• Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will be sent an email with tracking information.
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

 

Exchanges

• If your order does not work or you are not 100% happy, we want to make it right. You can return your items for IN STORE CREDIT only.
• Returns must be in unworn condition, scent free, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Returns must be received within 14 calendar days.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for shipping charges back + the exchange.
• We are not responsible for lost packages, contact your local post office with your tracking number you receive. 
• Sale items are final sale.
